  • Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB/PCM
  • Admission through DTE, Bhopal online counselling
  • D.Pharm: Approved by PCI & State Board of TE
  • B.Pharm: Lateral entry for D.Pharm holders with 60%+ (direct 2nd year)
M.Pharm
  • B.Pharm with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university
  • GPAT qualified candidates given preference in merit list
  • Admission through DTE, Bhopal off-campus counselling
  • Specializations: Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
  • Dissertation and research project mandatory in 2nd year

Admission Process

Register on DTE Portal

Visit dte.mponline.gov.in and register with your 10+2 details (for UG) or B.Pharm details (for PG). Fill in all required fields and upload documents.

Fill Preferences & Pay Application Fee

List GRY Institute of Pharmacy (GRYIP), Borawan as your preferred college. Pay the application fee online through the DTE portal.

Merit List & Seat Allotment

DTE releases round-wise merit lists and seat allotments. Check your allotment on the portal and report to the college within the stipulated date.

Document Verification at College

Visit GRYIP with original documents — marksheets, transfer certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), passport photos, and Aadhar card for verification.

Fee Payment & Enrollment

Pay the first-year tuition fee, hostel fee (if applicable) and other charges to complete enrollment. Receive your admission kit, college ID and class schedule.

MP Scholarship Portal
OBC, SC/ST scholarships from Govt. of Madhya Pradesh via scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in. Applied online after admission.
Merit Scholarship
Institutional merit scholarships for toppers of each program. Awarded based on first-year academic performance.
Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship (EWS)
For economically weaker sections. Covers full tuition fee for eligible students admitted under EWS quota in government seats.
NSP — National Scholarship Portal
Post-matric scholarships for SC/ST/OBC/minority students via scholarships.gov.in. One of the highest disbursed scholarship schemes.
Pragati & Saksham Scholarship
AICTE sponsored scholarships for girl students (Pragati) and students with disability (Saksham). Apply via AICTE portal.
Fee Waiver — Sports Excellence
Partial fee waiver for students who represented state/national level in sports. Details available from the Admissions Office.
